Flemish Parliament Visitor Centre

Brussels

In 2014, the Flemish Parliament decided to re-conceptualise its booking office area (ticket window area) into an interactive visitor centre. This area was traditionally used for exhibitions but due to underwhelming visitor numbers, there had been no exhibitions for several years. Instead, to initiate all 40.000 yearly visitors with the parliament and its functions, the idea of creating a multi-media visitor centre was developed.
