Complexity is reality, simplicity is ideal

Koen Bovée, scenographer from Bruges (Belgium), has over 10 years of experience conceptualising exhibitions and museum exhibits. He has worked on several projects such as the exhibition ‘Love and devotion, the Gruuthuse manuscript’, within the Gruuthuse museum in Brugge, the disclosure of the Saint-Rombouts Tower in Mechelen/Malines for visitors, and the museum exhibit within the ‘Iron Tower’ in Diksmuide. As freelancer he has created a wide network of spcialists with whom he collaborates, including idea-developers ‘Handelsreizigers in Ideeën’, project managers ‘The light Cavalery’, writer-musician-theater-director Gerry Demol, cultural-historian Joris Capenberghs, historian Petra Gunst, calligrapher Brody Neuenschwander, composer Jeroen D’hoe, typographers Gert Dooreman en Stijn Dams, graphic artist Pascal Van Hoorebeke, designers Jan en Randoald, communication specialist Koen de Visscher, light consultant Chris Pype, … Koen Bovée believes in a team approach with a novel look and a clear vision.
